Ideas for 250 calorie food days
250 calorie day:
A piece of frozen fish in my fridge is 157 calories, so on the really restricted days of only 250 calories I could have an egg for breakfast (50 calories), a laughing cow cheese wedge for lunch (35 calories) with black coffee.

1/2 hr run (-250 calories)
So I can eat 500 calories worth of food.
So, two piece of vegemite on toast for breakfast (250 calories)
Starting at 0 calories 100 grams of chicken for lunch (100 calories),
piece of fish for dinner (150 calories).
OR
1/2 hr run (-250)
Two piece of toast with vegemite ( +250)
Starting at 0 can then have two eggs ( +100)
Chicken and vegetables for dinner (+ 120)
1 laughing cow cheese wedge for lunch (+ 35)
